Administrative and Fiscal Services

行政及财政服务部共有超过1,250名职员及83名行政人员,负责贯彻书院的使命、理想及核心价值观。同时,AFS还负责提高学生、教师和工作人员的生活质量;提供优质服务,促进学生成功;协助书院成员实现个人、专业及教育目标。这些目标可以通过问责来实现;提供优质的服务;保持可访问的,响应性和解决方案导向的操作;及时和透明地进行沟通;对行政事务进行专家指导,领导持续改进。

Administrative and Fiscal Services (AFS) is charged with several initiatives that support theMontgomery College 2020 Strategic Plan:

  • Creation of an online AFS Operations Manual beginning with budgeting.
  • 校园扩建/翻新。
  • Infusion of technology to streamline operations.
  • Implementation of the Voluntary Early Retirement Program (VERP) and Taleo Talent Management System.
  • Initiation of a process toward becoming a "Destination Employer" starting with the "Common Employee Experience".
