Online Degrees, Certificates, and Classes
As a distance learner at MC, you'll have access to online counseling, advising, library resources, tutoring, and more. You're also welcome to use our on-campus facilities anytime.
All courses are taught by expert faculty specially trained in online teaching. Most online courses use Blackboard, an easy-to-use online course software. Earn your associate's degree fully online in business, computer science, criminal justice, cybersecurity, digital media, early childhood education, or general studies. We also offer fully online certificates in hospitality and women's and gender studies.
With our fully online courses, you do all the work from anywhere with an internet connection. Blended courses are partly online and partly on-campus.
Did you know you can take classes and even earn a degree without having to pay for textbooks? Our Z-courses and Z-degrees require zero textbook purchases.
Noncredit Online Courses
MC's Workforce Development and Continuing Education division offers awide variety of noncredit online coursesto fit your budget, your schedule, and your learning style.
Hundreds of classes are available each month, in everything from office skills and project management to test prep and teacher survival skills.
UGotClass offers interactive online courses with nationally recognized experts as your teachers. You may take courses individually or take a series of courses and earn a certificate.
The Office of E-Learning, Innovation, and Teaching Excellence (ELITE) serves MC's online learners and distance education students. Our office is open M-F, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
